Olivia’s first child, Leo, was born on 18^th May 2008 and she is really enjoying being a Mum.

Olivia is a keen scuba diver and is a Regional Secretary for The Shark Trust ( www.sharktrust.org) in her spare time, in order to promote the valuable work they do lobbying for stronger legislation to protect sharks, campaigning against the abhorrent practice of shark finning, and raising awareness of sharks’ predicament. Many species are now endangered and this has huge significance for marine ecosystems the world over.

 She lives in Chorlton and regularly visits the unique Unicorn (http://www.unicorn-grocery.co.uk/ )  organic grocery and other local shops - trying to avoid supermarkets! Her husband Vaz is also passionate about eating well and using ingredients that are in season wherever possible.
